Waseem Rizvi’s files PIL to remove 26 verses from Quran

Ex-Shia Board Chairman of UP Waseem Rizvi has drawn the ire of
Muslims all around the world after he filed a PIL in Supreme Court
to remove 26 verses from Quran.
His audacious claims allege the first 3 Caliphs of Islam added
these 26 verses to Quran in order to incite violence and promote
terrorism.
In response to his chutzpa, the All India Shia Personal Law Board
severely opposed his actions. Maulana Kalbe Jawad,
General Secretary of Majlis-e-Ulama-e-Hind and Maulana Khalid
Rasheed Farangimahali, Imam of Aishbagh Eidgah said, “Rizvi’s
malicious intentions are to create a communal rift between Shia’s
and Sunni’s in India.
Muslims all around the world irrespective of sects and status
believe Quran to be a revelation by God(Allah), a book that came
as guidance to mankind. Their has been no reconstruction of the
Holy Quran for over 1400 hundred years. The Holy Quran remains
the same and is read and memorised by muslims all around the
world.
