9 Point Resolution Set By BJP Targets Opposition To Win 2023 Assembly Election.

A two-day National executive meet on 16th and 17th January is being held by Bharatiya Janata Party in New Delhi. Around 350 leaders from across the country are attending the meet. During the meet, Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju proposed a nine-point political resolution. 

Addressing a press conference at NDMC Convention Centre, New Delhi, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said, “Today a briefing has been held on how the activities of the 4 states are progressing which include Tripura, Nagaland, Meghalaya, and Karnataka,” she said. “There have been detailed discussions over 9 points introduced in the resolution for this year`s NEC.

BJP has launched “Mission South” for both the 2023 assembly elections and the 2024 Lok Sabha elections working on a well-planned electoral strategy. 

States going to polls this year are Tripura, Nagaland and Meghalaya, Karnataka followed by Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Mizoram and Telangana

The first discussion was on how opposition parties are using abusive language for attacking PM Modi ji,” Sitharaman said. Also discussed among other points was Gujarat`s victory in the recent polls.

BJP chief JP Nadda said “2023 is very important and we have to fight and win nine state elections this year and then general elections in 2024.” He spoke about the historical victory in Gujarat elections while highlighting losing in Himachal Pradesh to the Congress with a vote gap between the two parties was less than one per cent”.

Mr. Nadda highlighted the representation to Other Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in the BJP governments in States and the Centre, besides in constitutional positions like Governor. “The party is getting votes of the Backward Classes, SCs and STs and is giving them representation. This shows our resolve of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Prayas,” he said, 

The BJP had also been working to strengthen itself and reached out to 1.3 lakh booths against the target of 72,000, which it had identified to boost its presence, he said.

Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan stated during a news conference that the social and economic resolution was being passed in the first session. Emphasising on the importance of “digital India.” The government has launched many programmes in an effort to accurately price the goods that farmers produce. Through Start up India, the nation’s youth are transitioning from being job seekers to employment producers today. There are over 100 unicorns in existence. The nation’s youth are starting their own businesses”.

BJP vice president Baijayant Jay Panda coordinated the organizational exercise related to the upcoming G20 summit to be held in the month of September. India has planned around 200 events across 56 cities in the run-up to the G20 summit in September.
